Pop up Window bug fixes

Hey devs and enthusiasts! So, I fixed an issue where in shortcut keys wouldn't open a manager window. Now, holding shift and tapping 2-6 should open a manager in a separate window that you can shift+tab between, eliminating some clicks for you. IF you want to close a window, simply press ESC. 

Also optimized things so the text isn't so laggy when typing in larger projects.
